The company is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of corks and related products. It was incorporated in 1977 and transacts business from its registered head office that is located in Caldes de Malavella, Spain. The company's products include natural corks, synthetic closures, screw caps, barrel racks and bungs. It also provides extra long closures for bottling wines and spirits. The special type of rolling enables deep drawing and pressing of the closure in the area of the liner, assures the good preserving of the wine for all the period of its aging and thus prevents the oxidation in the bottle. Closures are provided with different types of liners according to the customers` preferences - Saran, Saranex or Tin, which in contact with the wine do not allow any change in the taste characteristics.
